IGNOS Strengthens Its Legal Team with the Addition of Rizky Natalia as Senior Associate

Jakarta, 10 March 2025 – IGNOS is pleased to announce the addition of Rizky Natalia as a Senior Associate. Mrs. Rizky brings a wealth of experience in corporate & regulatory compliance, merger & acquisition, construction, and real estate, further strengthening our firm's capabilities in these areas.

Mrs. Rizky holds a law degree from Indonesia and later advanced her expertise with a Master of Laws in International Business Law from Tilburg University in the Netherlands, graduating with distinction. She brings extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, construction, and real estate transactions, having worked with several prominent law firms in Jakarta as well as serving as in-house counsel for an EPC company. Further enhancing her global perspective, Mrs. Rizky was also seconded to an international law firm in Japan, where she was actively assisted Japanese attorney in conducting and providing in-depth research on Indonesian laws and regulations.

Her combination of domestic and international experience positions her as a valuable addition to IGNOS, strengthening the firm's capabilities in handling sophisticated legal challenges. Beyond her legal practice, Mrs. Rizky has also contributed to legal education by sharing her expertise in professional training programs. She was invited as a guest speaker at a legal training session organized by a business law society, where she delivered a presentation on the "Law of Contract" to participants. Mrs. Rizky is licensed to practice law in Indonesia and is a member of PERADI.
