IGNOS Partner Shares Insights on Corporate Criminal Law with UPH Law Students

Jakarta, 10 April 2026 – Handy Samot Sihotang, Partner at IGNOS Law Alliance, was invited as a guest lecturer to speak on corporate crime to law students at Universitas Pelita Harapan.
In the session, Handy walked the students through the fundamentals of corporate criminal law, covering the basic concepts of corporate crime, how criminal liability applies to corporations, and who can be held responsible, along with the types of sanctions involved. The session was aimed at giving students a clear and practical understanding of the foundations of corporate criminal law.
