Winarto Sugondo is a Partner of IGNOS, heading the firm's tax practice. Winarto is a registered tax consultant and a registered tax attorney licensed to appear before the Tax Court, with more than 23 years of experience advising companies across the full range of their tax affairs. He represents clients in tax audits and investigations, tax objections, and appeals before the Tax Court, and advises on tax planning, tax due diligence, and ongoing tax compliance in connection with their business operations.

Over his career he has acted for publicly listed companies and privately held groups across a range of sectors, including technology and information systems, agribusiness and consumer goods, property and real estate, infrastructure, and energy and mining. His practice pairs technical tax knowledge with a practical understanding of how tax positions shape commercial and business decisions.
